My MacWorld 2007 - SF Predictions
So, 5 minutes before the Steve Jobs’ Keynote, here are my predictions:
- iPhone (PodPhone is what I’m calling it)
- Tablet Laptop
- 802.11n - new airport extreme following the new protocols
- iLife 2007
- Leopard announcement - coming Q1
- New iPod with Bluetooth built in
That is it for now…I will post back with what Steve ACTUALLY says…boy, isn’t this fun? All of the announcements and I can’t buy any of them…hehe.
UPDATE: Will post pix from my friend, Bill Linn, from Sandbox Strategies, at the keynote…he’s 400 ft from the stage and posting from his Sidekick…so expect GREAT quality pix…
FINAL UPDATE:
What can I say…wow, apple has once again revolutionized…everything. This looks to be an incredible device. Unbelievable.
In terms of my predictions, I got the phone right (but it is called iPhone). I got the Wireless Pre-N right. Tablet, well, not really, that is like the iPhone though. Bluetooth iPod…well that is the iPhone. iLife 2007…guess that will come later. Leopard…well, that will be later as well I guess. So, I guess that I did ok. I will be going to MacWorld conference over the next few days and will report interesting findings…
